The room was beautiful, neat, and well-equipped with a microwave and fresh fluffy towels. the hotel had 2 queen beds which were comfortable. - the location was incredible, adjacent to all the tourist sites and the train station. - It was also close to downtown for dinner the night before.

The place was amazing and had consistently courteous staff. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, central heating, an iron, and tea/coffee making equipment. The location was marvellous for a weekend in Calgary. The hotel itself was in a downtown area, not far from the airport, LRT, pubs for the Flames game, and central Calgary.

This place is fantastic - the food is delicious, and it's a convenient drive to the airport. The staff here are always super friendly and welcoming, providing great service. 😊

This place has beautifully furnished rooms, a lovely pool, a good restaurant with very good service, and a delightful breakfast selection.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is right at a C-Train station, making it easy to get to downtown, the Stampede, and the zoo. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. The internet was fast and reliable, and the staff provided excellent service. Despite the renovations to the lounge and dining room, breakfast was still good, with a generous allowance for a full cooked breakfast.

No improvement needed, everything was okay.

The front desk staff were extremely welcoming. They were very knowledgeable in regards to their positions.

Wanted to do early check in would not allow option online arrived t in at 2am reception said would have to charge us for thursday sons tournament game was in the am 8 so had to pay for nigt before check in ( inconvenience) would like to see a steamroom

Room was a good size and had everything we needed like a microwave and fridge. The service was great overall, but there were a couple of staff members who weren't very professional. 🌟
